Our remodeling process
Our comprehensive remodeling process is designed to take your project from concept to construction with clarity and confidence.

Discovery Call
The first step is to fill out our contact form. We will answer any preliminary questions or concerns you have and begin to determine how we can best assist you in our project.

Site Visit
A member of our Lakeside renovations team will schedule a time to visit your home for a complimentary consultation. Our team will discuss your ideal timeline, investment, scope of work, and evaluate if we will be a good fit for your project based off these requirements.

Design Agreement
Once you have decided to move forward with Lakeside and the Design Agreement has been executed, we will prepare a timeline to coordinate schedules. We will then schedule a time to field measure your home so our design team can begin drawing. During this phase we will curate floorplan options, interior elevations, renderings, and selections. Once the final design is approved, we will bid out the project to our trusted trade partners to finalize construction costs and move into a construction contract.

Construction Contract
With a signed contract, we will dedicate a project manager to you. During our pre-construction meeting your project manager will provide you with a construction timeline on when you can anticipate work to be complete. We set up clients in BuilderTrend to view selection, timelines, and progress made. Your design team will be with you through every step of construction to ensure your project is moving efficiently.
