Lakeside Luxury Homes exists to design, build, and maintain the home of your dreams. Signature is that third part.
Every Signature relationship begins with a one-year warranty. A year after construction completion, we check in to fine-tune any out-of-place items.
Beyond the warranty, Signature covers general maintenance and smaller service projects — and winter house checks for clients who spend the season somewhere warmer.

Some clients venture to warmer states for the season. Our service manager can check on their homes throughout the winter.
