DIRECTOR OF REMODELING SALES AND DESIGN STUDIO (FULL TIME)
This is a full time position, on-site role for a Director of Remodeling Sales and Design Studio located in Southeast Wisconsin. This candidate has an inherent passion for residential remodeling architecture - not only for the design and proportion of a home, but also for understanding how a home is constructed. A great designer knows how a home is built, how the structure works, and how the components come together seamlessly.
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ Years experience in residential remodeling design and construction
- Is experienced in working face-to-face with clients and managing the sales process, including initial meetings
- Is eager to represent and promote Lakeside Luxury Homes to clients, design collaborators, vendors, subcontractors, and the broader community
- Demonstrates attention to detail, organzation, and effective communication skills within a collaborative team environment
- Manage the sales process and forecase as it realtes to residential remodeling projects
- Acts as the lead contact for remodeling clients, including initial meeting
- Review and approve remodeling design agreements and construction budgets and schedules
- Establish and direct Project Designers and Project Managers with project budgets, schedules, bidding, and correspondence
- Coordinating all efforts with the Project Director and additional Project Designer(s) assigned to Project, creating AutoCAD Architecture, REVIT, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office construction documents
- Ensure that all construction documents conform with the current Construction Document Checklist
- Advising ownership of any performance enhancing initiatives
The Director of Remodeling Sales and Design will be expected to also act as a Project Director on appropriate projects. Within the department, he or she will serve as a mentor and educator for the Project Directors and Project Designers. The Director of Remodeling Sales and Design will be expected to be billable an average of 25 hours per week.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (FULL TIME)
This is a full time position, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Southeast Wisconsin. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of custom home projects, from initial planning to completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects, builders, and clients managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality control, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ Years of experience in custom home development and/or project management
- Manage change orders, subcontractors, timelines, and schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and work collaboratively with architects, subcontractors, and designers
- Strong understanding of construction methods, architecture, and building codes
- Problem solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with Buildertrend is a plus

SERVICE MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (PART TIME OR FULL TIME)
We are seeking a part time or full time Service Manager to support the construction and post construction experience for our custom home clients. This position works closely with Project Managers to coordinate service-related tasks and schedule service work with homeowers and subcontractors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable multi-tasking while delivering an exceptional client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Schedule subcontractors to perform service and warranty work
- Track service requests, work orders, and completion status
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation via Buildertrend
- Help identify scheduling conflicts or service issues and work proactively towards a resolution
- Experience in working in construction or willingness to learn general repairs and maintenance
